1. Cowork speech-to-text: Cowork agent requests, Notes, and Docs now have the same explicit microphone control and bare Option/Alt shortcut as Chat and Quick Note.
2. Skipper identity: Cowork displays Skipper with the 1Helm product avatar instead of an S initial.
3. No duplicate edits: leaving and reopening Cowork starts a clean collaboration transport from the authoritative file, preventing stale Yjs history from duplicating document or note edits.
4. Scrollable Notes editing: long Cowork Notes now scroll normally in Write mode.
5. Responsive channel Files: selection paints immediately; recursive folder-tree loading no longer blocks ordinary file or folder clicks on a channel VM.

Acceptance ledger

• Merged source: 0318ce388beb4b12f22870eb06ba993fd1dc622e (PR #29; product changes in PR #28).
• Linux verification: typecheck, production build, full npm test (117 native-world checks; 104 contracts with 2 documented environment-only skips), and targeted Cowork browser regression all passed.
• Demo: rebuilt from merged source; loopback setup status and https://demo.1helm.com both returned healthy responses.
• Apple Silicon clean APFS build: npm ci, typecheck, production build, full test suite, and 20/20 onboarding browser tests passed.
• App, updater ZIP, and DMG were Developer ID signed, Apple notarized and stapled. Strict signature checks, stapler checks, Gatekeeper, and mounted-app verification passed.
