The "Changes" view becomes a mess after a decent review pass. There needs to be a way to permanently dismiss resolved feedback so it doesn't take up vertical space and permanently split up lines of code in the display.

I was thinking the best would be to not keep the addressed threads as a "sticky" banner. Place it a the top of the diff, so it’s possible to scroll up and see them again if necessary, and scroll down with nothing permanently pinned over the precious reading zone. When reviewing long diffs, the number of threads grows, and it is sometimes useful to go back to an old one, we just don’t need to see them permanently.
