This Azure-owned standalone plugin supersedes the connector implementation and authentication UX work proposed in #2370.

The immutable release is published at https://github.com/Azure/Connectors/releases/tag/connector-namespaces-canvas%401.2.0. Its downloaded release artifact was independently verified and installed without source files, node_modules, or runtime package installation. The bundled extension registered successfully with a controlled SDK stub and with the real GitHub Copilot extension runtime. Canvas discovery, schema validation, loopback rendering, security headers, the focused linked-namespace sign-in state, and the expected Azure sign-in guard were verified.

Azure access and refresh tokens remain process-memory only. The selected namespace coordinates persist so that, after reload, the canvas shows Sign in to see your connectors and returns directly to the linked namespace catalog after sign-in.
