Additional notes for reviewers

Portable Agent Plugins 1.0 package at the repository root. It bundles one Agent Skill and a local stdio MCP server pinned to @astandrik/local-ydb-mcp@0.15.4. The MCP path requires Node.js >=20.19 and npm. Because the MCP process starts from the plugin root, toolkit configuration is supplied through an absolute configPath or LOCAL_YDB_TOOLKIT_CONFIG. Mutating operations remain plan-first and require explicit confirm: true; the skill does not claim Docker or YDB access without an available local shell or MCP server.

The current Awesome Copilot external-plugin quality gate was reproduced against the submitted SHA: Agent Plugins manifest compliance, vally skill lint, Copilot CLI installation, version match, the repository test suite, and the published 39-tool MCP protocol smoke all passed. The optional plugin path is intentionally omitted because the plugin lives at the repository root.
