Blotter is an agent-first, local-only append-only friction ledger. This plugin intentionally contains only the canonical Agent Skill: no hooks, automatic logging, telemetry, remote service, or account requirement. The skill preserves Blotter's selective admission floor and directs agents to the CLI's machine-readable schema for exact contract details.

Addressed the manifest warnings in BigCactusLabs/blotter#34, now merged.

Plugin version 1.0.1 moves plugin.json to the repository root, adds the Agent Plugins 1.0.0 schema, and removes the unsupported skills, hooks, commands, and status fields. The canonical skill remains unchanged in skills/blotter/ and is discovered by convention.

Updated this submission to commit e2a179b9e0ab3ff4c745a887b64383241b851bf5. The new intake run passes spec compliance, skill lint, installation smoke testing, and version matching, with no manifest warnings. Repository CI and all 374 Rust tests also passed.
