This PR removes the GitHub Actions workflow that compiled all CodeQL queries with the latest stable CodeQL CLI, based on it being superseded by an internal check.
Changes:
- Deleted
.github/workflows/compile-queries.yml, removing the “compile all queries” CI job (including formatting checks and compilation-cache usage).
