Getting the error "You are not authorized to use this Copilot feature, it requires an enterprise or organization policy to be enabled." even with policy enabled

Describe the bug

I use a Github Copilot StandAlone licence (with another account, not this one), and I'm the admin of the account.
I've enable the policy to allow Copilot Cli, but it still gives me the error message stating I don't have the policy Enabled.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Login
2. try to use copilot
3. Error occurs

Hi @andreracz, I've noticed that sometimes setting the policy takes ~5-10 minutes to take effect. Let me know if you're still seeing this after waiting a few minutes!

I've enabled it over one hour ago.
Another use in my enterprise is able to it, but I'm not.

I set this up over 3 hours ago and I still receive same error. Is there something I need to configure?
