Why:

In relation to issue #24850. The mention was to reverse the MediaWiki link syntax

Closes: Issue #24850

What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):

The MediaWiki link syntax was updated from:

[[nameofwikipage|Link Text]]

To:

[[Link Text|nameofwikipage]]

Check off the following:
