Fix YAML indentation in GitHub Copilot SDK contest winners collection

Addresses review feedback on #5022 regarding inconsistent YAML indentation in the new collection file.

Changes

• Updated collections/github-copilot-sdk-contest-winners/index.md to use 2-space indentation for the items list, matching the convention used across other collection files (e.g., collections/github-accelerator-2023/index.md, collections/github-browser-extensions/index.md)
