Bump the default gh-aw-firewall (AWF) version from v0.9.1 to v0.10.0.

Changes

  • Update DefaultFirewallVersion constant in pkg/constants/constants.go
  • Update specs/layout.md documentation (was showing stale v0.8.2)
  • Recompile all 125 workflow lock files with new version
