Compatibility check

Codex 0.147.0 removes the codex exec --full-auto flag. Confirmed no usage of this flag anywhere in gh-aw's Codex engine integration or workflow templates, so this is a non-issue for the compiler.

Lock file regeneration

Ran make recompile to regenerate all workflow .lock.yml files with the updated pinned versions (283/283 compiled successfully).
