Fixed in 51ebf9f — the generated pkg/actionpins/data/action_pins.json and pkg/workflow/data/action_pins.json were out of sync with .github/aw/actions-lock.json after the previous commit; ran make sync-action-pins to regenerate them. Build and full unit test suite pass.
