Ran the required release/change audit against the latest release (v0.87.10, 2026-08-31) using gh api compare (local repo is a shallow clone, so git log/git diff against the tag weren't usable directly).

• Release/change audit: 49 commits since v0.87.10. 14 .github/aw/*.md files were already touched by prior commits (Playwright, Jira, network, designer, etc.) and are current. Cross-checked new safe-output features against source (pkg/workflow/linear_safe_outputs.go, pkg/workflow/safe_outputs_azure_devops.go, safe_outputs_config_types.go, safe_outputs_validation_config.go) and main_workflow_schema.json. Found two shipped, undocumented features: Linear safe outputs (c4711f9) and Azure DevOps work-item safe outputs (14f3297), both marked experimental in code.
• Size audit: all .github/aw/*.md files were under their target limits before and after this change.
• Duplication audit: no new duplication introduced; Linear/Azure DevOps docs placed alongside the existing Jira section in safe-outputs-content.md, matching that file's established per-integration pattern.
• Accuracy audit: frontmatter keys, tool names, and input fields for both integrations verified directly against the Go source and JSON schema rather than guessed.

• designer-mappings.md: matching "user says..." rows for Linear and Azure DevOps work-item requests, flagged experimental.

No docs/ changes were needed — the docs commits since the release were unrelated to .github/aw/ accuracy (blog posts, changelog entries, glossary updates).
