Im stuck because gh stack submit insists that a stack needs to be re-pushed but cannot unstack an already merged PR

Basically title, I was reorganizing a partially merged stack and all of the sudden I cannot push changes because gh stack insists this is already tracked on GH. I want to start anew from main but alas, I cannot
