For single commits, load that commit message as the PR description

As a primary Sapling UI user, most of my intended pr descriptions are pre-written into the commit message.
When submitting via git push, if there is only one commit the PR comes preloaded with the title as the first line and the description as the remaining lines. I would like to see this behavior inside gs link
