All Stacked PRs should be clubbed on the main page and appear under an expandable view.
Duplicate listing within different stacks is acceptable.
User can choose which view they want to use, old view or stacked view.

agree, should be kind of like a searchable folder view.

• by default show as a collapsible single stack (can expand in place to see them all)
• when searching, the individual PRs in a stack can show up if they match
