Break in /rename endpoint caused check-spelling to stop working

• False-positive "Unsafe Permissions" (exit 5) on fork PRs - GitHub API now returns 422 instead of 403 check-spelling/check-spelling#103 was caused by a change to /rename, but I can't find any meaningful diff between:

Yes, I'm not actively using the versioned API, but unless you can show that had I used it, I wouldn't have been broken, I don't see the point.

From my perspective, versioning should tell a meaningful story. I should be able to understand before and after. I should be able to know if the thing I'm trying to use will stop working/has stopped working.

I'm open for a chat (I have a standing chat scheduled with another githubber for tomorrow...), but I don't think I can effectively characterize things in the format of https://github.com/github/rest-api-description/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/schema-inaccuracy.md.
