Summary
An all new management experience for Actions runners enables customers to create & manage all their runners & access groups in a single experience, including GitHub-managed runners & self-managed runners.

Intended Outcome
You now have a central location to manage all your Actions runners. This allows for faster troubleshooting why jobs may not be running & identify the current state of job load across your runners.

How it will work
The experience for configuring your self-managed runners is also becoming the place where you configure GitHub-managed runners. “Access groups”, formerly known as runner groups, can now apply to both self-managed, and GitHub-managed runners.
