Removes unsupported CLI versions from our integration tests and shows a warning to any users on a pre-2.9.4 version of the CLI.
Note: I haven't yet removed the code that handles old CLI versions (e.g. in
cli.tsand inquery-server-client.ts). I've opened a separate (internal) issue to do that, perhaps once users have had a release or two to get a warning and update their CLI if need be.Checklist
