central hole from previous OLN file

Describe the bug
If you open 2 files first with center outline and second without center outline, the center outline from previous picture will show up on second picture.
I agree, you never need to analyse with/without center outline in same session but something is still wrong.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load both pictures from the zip

pictures.zip

2. analyse

Be careful, when you click on "done", the center outline will be added to the second oln file. It wasn't there before.

Expected behavior
I expect second picture to load oln correctly to not have a center outline I suppose.

This is likely true with regions as well.

I agree that if a file has an OLN file then the previous settings should be cleared out when the OLN file is read in.
