RemoteWP v3.7.11 fixes a critical performance issue during WordPress bootstrap and optimizes Pro module loading.

Highlights:

  • Zero-blocking on Page Views: Eliminated synchronous external HTTP requests on plugins_loaded during normal frontend visitor traffic and WordPress admin page views.
  • Instant Decryption: Cached Pro modules (wp-content/remotewp-pro/module.enc) are decrypted in-memory instantly with zero network latency.
  • Transient Cooldown: Added a 12-hour transient cooldown (remotewp_pro_fetch_cooldown) to protect non-Pro / newly installed sites from repeating module fetch attempts.
  • Fast Failover: Reduced network timeout from 30s to 8s and bounded refresh attempts to 1 per cycle.
  • Server-Side Authority: License entitlements, Pro module delivery, and agent skills continue to be managed centrally without requiring manual WordPress settings.
