Gitlab: fine-grained token require more permissions than just `Todo`

📝 Description

Currently when adding a Gitlab account it hints that a simple Todo permission is enough for Gitify to work, but more endpoints than the /todo are queried and without more permissions it fails with a not so explicit error.

On my side I had to add more permissions self-hosted Gitlab v19.2.4:

Add a gitlab account with fine-grained permission with only the Todo scope and you should see an error.
