schema_version: 1 added to .prj/config.yaml for future migration safety
CLAUDE.md gains an auto-generated header comment with ownership notice and embedded metadata (Generated by / Schema Version)
Getting Started section trimmed — removed over-specified timestamp comparison instructions
Removed noisy Created footer from CLAUDE.md
Added README.md with correct workspace layout documentation
