Redirect `/login` to `/` for logged in users

### Problem to solve

Currently, `/login` redirects to an empty page when the user is logged in. This is also going to be an issue for logged in users going through the website (`www.gitpod.io`) and clicking the _Log In_ button on the top right.

### Proposal

A potential solution here could be to redirect logged in users from `/login` to `/`.
