A library for the Penguin Bot

This release is mainly a code refactoring for the Elegoo Penguin Bot Kit v.2, to make it simpler to be used for students, allowing the developer to just import libraries and call easy methods to make the robot walk, turn, play mp3, get distance and more. New methods have been added as a couple of new examples to help get started with the kit.

The original software is still present in the example file PenguinBotFull which contains all the original code to use the bot.
