Watt 0.1.0

The first release of Watt, the Mac app for the puck.

Install

1. Download Watt.dmg, open it and drag Watt to Applications.
2. Open Watt. The setup window walks you through installing the firmware on your puck over USB, pairing, and the permissions it needs.

No puck yet? The setup window links to the board, and the site can install the firmware from Chrome.

What is in it

• Home: volume on the dial, tap to play or pause, a face that reacts to you
• Trackpad and pointer
• Claude: talk to it from the puck, and allow or deny Claude Code requests
• DialKit: turn real values in the page you are working on, with dialkit-watt
• Focus timer, Spin, Teams, Dice and Pong
• Firmware installer built into the app

Requirements

macOS 15 or later, Apple silicon. Signed with a Developer ID and notarized by Apple.
