KhervePDF 0.71

Added

• Hideable AI assistant sidebar (right dock): the same five providers as
  KhervePaint (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Ollama, Local server),
  grounded in the active document's name, page count, extracted page text,
  and any live text selection — so "summarise this page" works without
  copy-pasting. The panel only reads the document; it never mutates the PDF.
