hide gravatars if enabled on bmo

bug 903955 brings gravatar support to bmo.

if the body element has a bz_gravatar class, bugzillaJS should disable its gravatar code.

gravatar support is now live on bmo, but disabled by default. we'll enable it by default at the same time we switch to the mozilla skin (very soon!).

gravatars are now enabled by default on bmo. bugzillajs users can disable them via bugzilla's user preferences to avoid doubling-up of images.
