Semantic change summaries
File rows in the review list now say what actually changed, instead of showing a generic description of the file. Each change appears as a pill under the row, reading old → new in the direction you're about to apply.

omarchy/shell.tomlis now tracked in the inventory.- All summary reads stay bound to their trees and skip oversized files, keeping the hardening from 1.2.13–1.2.16 intact.
