Rotate the GIST_SECRET used by badge workflows

Both badge workflows now reach the dynamic badge action with an auth value present, but GitHub returns 401 Unauthorized while reading gist fb4d23f63d866b3e1e58b26d2f5ed01f.

Examples:

• Badge GORM tests will hit the same action after ci: find current Linux artifact for GORM badge #156 fixes its stale artifact path

An owner/admin needs to replace the GIST_SECRET Actions secret with a valid token that can update that gist, then rerun the two badge workflows. I cannot rotate the repository secret with collaborator access.

The artifact-selection half is fixed in #156 (merged as b7d3d9c), and #159 now binds the download to the exact triggering GORM run. The workflow reaches the badge update with 15,024 passes, 22 skips, and 0 failures. The remaining blocker is only the 401 from the stale GIST_SECRET; the glebarez account owner needs to grant admin access or rotate that repository secret directly.
