Mode prompts ended with Confirm activation with "X mode active." then proceed. — "then proceed" reads as "start the pending work," so activating a mode (e.g. /ds-git-mode to set commit posture) could be taken as a green light to begin implementing.

Replaces that tail across the mode files with: "Activating a mode only turns on this posture; it is not approval to begin work — continue with whatever the user already asked for, or wait for their next instruction."

Files: ds-data, ds-git, ds-senior, ds-step, ds-test, ds-ui, ds-tiger-style. Left ds-quality-gate (its "then proceed" is a pipeline step, not an activation trigger) and ds-tdd/ds-caveman (no such line).
