Changes
- Image reference rewriting - Release image now correctly points to destination registry
- Metadata preservation - displayVersions (kubernetes version, etc.) and manifest annotations preserved
- Better verification - Checks image is actually usable, not just that manifest exists
- Retry logic - 3 attempts with exponential backoff (2s, 4s, 8s) for transient failures
- Scripts - Added mirror-local.sh for registry server deployment
