whichkey UI doesn't appear after reloading the config

Hi,

I noticed it when tinkering with the delay, the whichkey UI does not appear after reloading the config. This happens even if the config file stays unmodified.

I'm on version 0.1.59a on Ubuntu 24.04.

This can be reproduced with the following sequence:

:whichkey
:config_reload
:whichkey

Thanks for the report and the repro! Fixed in 7df43a9 (coming up with a test is more difficult, figuring that out later)
