PTZ Camera Control for OBS v0.18.3-rc1

in which we get small quality of life improvements

This is a maintenance prerelease to fix a few bugs, merge some outstanding interface updates and fix a build failure on MacOS 26. This release will work with OBS Studio versions 31 and 32. Older releases are no longer officially supported. Serial port users may experience issues on OBS Studio 32 as the QSerialPort library is built against an older version of Qt than used by OBS Studio 32.

For Windows users, the installer is recommended. If you're using the zip file, you need to unpack it to the new OBS Plugins directory c:\programdata\obs-studio\plugins. It will not work in c:\Program Files\obs-studio
