PTZ Camera Control for OBS v0.19.1-rc1

in which the OBS upgrade dragon is slain, and wayward serial ports are no longer shunned

PTZ Controls v0.19.1-rc1 tackles two long-standing serial port problems: cameras that don't reconnect after being unplugged (or plugged in after OBS has already started), and the QSerialPort/Qt version binding that's been forcing separate binaries for different OBS releases.

QSerialPort is now vendored and statically linked on macOS and Windows, rather than depending on whichever Qt OBS is built against. That's the root cause behind the "for-obs-31.1.1" split binary from v0.19.0 — it should no longer be necessary going forward: this release was built against OBS Studio 31.1.x, tested with 32.2.2, and should keep working on newer OBS releases without needing a separate download. If you were previously stuck on the older binary, this is the release to test that on.

This is a release candidate specifically to get real-world testing on serial reconnect behavior before it lands in a proper release — please test unplugging and replugging your camera's USB-serial adapter and confirm it comes back on its own without restarting OBS.

What's new

• Automatic serial reconnect. If a serial port disappears, like when a USB to UART adapter gets unplugged, the plugin now notices, retries in the background, and picks the connection back up on its own once the device returns. This also covers UARTs that aren't yet plugged in when OBS starts.

Under the hood

• QSerialPort is now vendored as a statically-linked fork rather than a dynamically-linked dependency on OBS's own Qt build, on both macOS and Windows (Linux continues to use the distro-packaged Qt6::SerialPort, which never had this problem). This is what makes a single binary viable across OBS versions again.
