Overview

Initial alpha release of academy-core, a self-contained user template for GnuBoard7.

This version establishes the foundational template contract, routing structure, and academy-oriented information architecture without requiring any core modifications.

Academy-Oriented IA

Verification

  • Template recognized via template:list --type=user
  • Installation successful via template:install
  • Activation successful via template:activate
  • All defined routes return HTTP 200
  • No server-side fatal errors observed
  • No core code modifications required

Known Limitations

  • No data binding to admin-managed content yet
  • No integration with page/board modules
  • Theme settings (e.g., light/dark mode) not connected
  • Static layout rendering only (no dynamic content sources)

This release represents a baseline template state:

  • Rendering structure is complete
  • Template contract is validated
  • Ready for next phase: data binding and admin integration
