Major update

This is a major update, it adds a visitor log, thread detection and mitigation and control over blocking or redirecting client.

Updates & Enhancements

Add 426 redirection for out of date browser UAs. Most are used by bots and scrapers. Updated some other logic and workflow. There is now an admin page under 'Settings' to allow updating the ProxyCheck API key or re-enter key to generate a new salt file. Users with previous version may need to re-enter key to create a new salt file used for encrypting API key.
