Fixes

  • HTML export scroll — exported HTML no longer clips content below the fold. Standalone style override resets height/overflow after app CSS.
  • PDF export background — PDF output now has a clean white background regardless of active reading theme.
  • DOCX/HTML image embedding — images are now embedded as base64 data URIs. Word no longer prompts for filesystem permissions.
  • Export URL encoding — filenames with # or ? no longer break during export.

Changed

  • "Style" renamed to "Prose" — writing quality checker button renamed for clarity. Duplicate button removed from preview header.
  • Settings icon — proper gear cog instead of sun/rays icon.
  • Contents toggle — toolbar button shows active/pressed state when panel is open. Consistent "Contents" label. Table-of-contents bullet icon.

Tests

  • 189 unit tests (was 177) + 64 E2E tests (was 61)
  • 12 new unit tests for image embedding, 3 new E2E tests for export fixes
