Build packages

• Install setuptools
• Install pyzmq
• Use python setup.py --help-commands
• Or run python setup.py bdist_rpm to build rpm-package

Install on CentOS 7

• Add yum repository http://repo.globbie.com/centos/$releasever/$basearch/
• Install gateway yum install knowdy-json-gateway
