• extension_operations.operation widened to 32 characters: 1.80.0's protected migration
  lane records protected_migrate (17 chars) into a column created as string(16) — fine on
  SQLite (which ignores varchar lengths, so the framework suite never saw it) but a hard
  22001 truncation error on PostgreSQL, making migrateProtected() unable to record its own
  operation. The create migration now sizes the column for every operation the executor
  writes. The file's checksum changes with it: a database provisioned on exactly 1.80.0 will
  report this migration Divergent — re-provision, or widen the column and update the recorded
  checksum by hand.
