The production command manifest is app-owned and validated: ConsoleProvider cached the
discovered command classes in the framework package's own storage/cache — which does not
exist in a dist install — so every host fell through to ONE shared /tmp/glueful_commands_manifest.php, and loaded it verbatim. A manifest written by an older
framework (or another site's user) on the same host then fed phantom command classes into
every boot: container compilation failed on the unknown class, and resolving the tagged
commands threw a 500 out of the console itself (Cannot compile autowire definition for unknown class: Glueful\Console\Commands\Archive\ManageCommand on a host that once ran a
pre-1.41 framework). The manifest now lives in the APP's storage/cache (per-user,
per-version temp file only as a fallback), every cached class is re-validated with class_exists() and a stale manifest is rediscovered and rewritten. commands:cache / commands:clear work on the app path and also retire the two legacy locations.
