• Boot-time re-pins reach the compiled container. Providers that re-bind a service after
  the container is built ($this->app->load([...]) in boot()) used to guard on
  instanceof Glueful\Container\Container, which the compiled container is not — so with
  1.82.0 making compilation succeed, such re-pins silently no-op'd in production and the
  service reverted to whatever was compiled. The compiled container now implements the new
  Glueful\Container\RebindableContainer (as does the runtime Container) with a load()
  whose definitions win over compiled ones; guard on that interface, never the concrete class.
• Compiled autowiring matches the runtime autowirer for optional dependencies: a typed
  constructor parameter whose service the container does not hold now falls back to the
  parameter's default, then to null — decided at runtime, so a load()ed id is picked up —
  instead of an unconditional get() that threw "Service … not found" only in production. A
  default the compiler cannot express as code (= new Foo()) is evaluated at runtime through
  reflection rather than aborting the whole compile.
