Added

  • The editor renders an ::include line as one atomic chip naming the fragment by its human
title ("Include: Office contact"), falling back to the id when the title cannot resolve. The
chip deletes whole—backspace or a selection touching it removes the entire line in one
undoable step—so a half-deleted include can no longer leave stray directive text that
publishes as prose. The mechanism is the media source chip's, applied to the include leaf.
  • A folded directive container now absorbs its opener line into the fold pill. While folded,
the raw fence machinery (:::callout{title="Trail alert"}) no longer shows; the pill reads
"Callout · “Trail alert” · 3 lines" (label, the block's own title when it carries one, count),
and the title also reaches the pill's accessible name. Any edit or caret entry still unfolds
to the exact source; the touched-range safety invariant is unchanged.
  • The edit-page preview marks spliced fragment content with a quiet boundary: an accent hairline
and a "From “Office contact”" eyebrow over the included blocks, so an editor can tell which
paragraphs live elsewhere before editing them. Preview only; a test proves the public delivery
    path renders byte-identically to before.
  • A fragment with includers states its blast radius beside the publish action ("Publishing
updates 3 entries that include this fragment."), reusing the standing Included-in data.
  • Fragments carries its own sidebar glyph (layers), so it no longer shares the undated-concept
    document silhouette with Pages.
  • A standing check:invisible-craft gate holds the polish pass's mechanical rules over the
admin components: transition durations in the 150-250ms band, spacing brackets by allowlist,
and no achromatic color values, each exception budgeted with a reason.

Changed

  • The login and confirm pages honor the admin theme cookie before sign-in, so a dark-mode
editor no longer gets a light login card. AdminShellData's public variant now carries the
resolved theme. Consumers must: nothing at runtime; only a site constructing that
public variant by hand in TypeScript must add the new member (neither production site does).
  • The invisible-craft polish batch, roughly thirty look-preserving refinements from a
two-track audit of the admin: real typographic characters and tabular numerals on numeric
surfaces, the dark theme's shadow warm-tinted instead of pure black, modals brought into the
theme-adaptive elevation vocabulary, transition durations herded into the 150-250ms band,
restored focus rings on two search inputs, 44px touch targets on icon-only controls and
checkboxes, deliberate truncation on the topbar breadcrumb and picker rows, quieted
scrollbars and tap highlights, a font-synthesis guard against faux italics, and a 1px
inset hairline on every check-and-tint pressed state so a pressed control no longer signals
    through font weight alone.
  • The vocabulary ledger and the tidy settings status card recompose below the small
breakpoint (each row stacks its metadata under its primary line) instead of squeezing four
columns into a phone width, where the tag table's columns previously collided.
