Minor improvements and bug fixes

• Functions in this package now work with glymotif 0.17.0 and later.
• explain_trait() now uses clearer wording for common count predicates, including mono-antennary, galactosylated, fucosylated, sialylated, and at-least or at-most antenna conditions (#19).
