• Telegram alert channel (#134): alerts can now reach a Telegram chat through the Bot API (sendMessage), configured with a bot token and a chat id. Same alert pipeline as the other channels (per-event, ES/EN templates, severity prefix).
• Alert channels configurable from the UI (#134): Telegram, ntfy, Gotify, syslog, SMTP email and the outgoing webhook are configured from Settings → Alert channels, with per-channel status, an inline form and a test button, and changes apply without restarting the service. Configuration lives in the database; the previous environment variables only seed the first run. Secrets (bot token, ntfy topic, SMTP password) are write-only and are never returned by the API.
• Hardened ntfy/Gotify/Telegram delivery: network errors no longer leak the topic or the bot token in logs, only transient failures (429/5xx/transport) are retried, and long messages are truncated on rune boundaries.
• New endpoints: GET /api/channels, PUT/DELETE /api/channels/{name} and POST /api/channels/{name}/test (admin).

• Canal de alertas por Telegram (#134): las alertas ya pueden llegar a un chat de Telegram mediante la Bot API (sendMessage), configurado con un bot token y un chat id. Mismo circuito de alertas que los demás canales (por evento, plantillas ES/EN, prefijo por severidad).
• Canales de alerta configurables desde la interfaz (#134): Telegram, ntfy, Gotify, syslog, email SMTP y el webhook saliente se configuran desde Ajustes → Canales de alerta, con estado por canal, formulario en línea y botón de prueba, y los cambios se aplican sin reiniciar el servicio. La configuración vive en la base de datos; las variables de entorno anteriores solo siembran la primera ejecución. Los secretos (bot token, topic de ntfy, contraseña SMTP) son de solo escritura y nunca los devuelve la API.
• Entrega de ntfy/Gotify/Telegram endurecida: los errores de red ya no filtran el topic ni el bot token en los registros, solo se reintentan los fallos transitorios (429/5xx/red) y los mensajes largos se truncan por límite de runas.
• Nuevos endpoints: GET /api/channels, PUT/DELETE /api/channels/{name} y POST /api/channels/{name}/test (admin).
