Channels analysis rebuilt (#1214): LuCI-style spectrum with a gentle curve, adaptive dBm axis with real gridlines, per-SSID colors for every network (own included), hover shading that reaches networks nested inside bigger ones, occupancy strip with real bandwidth overlap, persistent table sort, and a "Scan now" button with a 30-day fallback for fleets that don't scan periodically.

Also: the service worker no longer serves a stale app shell - one normal reload is always enough after an update; a build stamp in the sidebar tells exactly which commit your browser runs; SNMP gets full device names and MikroTik SwOS chassis temperature; per-radio noise and BSSID telemetry (agent 3.0.11); conservative channel suggestions that only move you when the gain is clear.

Fixes worth mentioning: the spectrum no longer pegs every network at the top; the updater no longer reports phantom updates on rolling installs; CSV export and offline-only delete in Clients; WAN latency is honest (target configurable, "—" when unknown).

Thanks @crowedavid for the reports that fed this batch.
