Note: This is not required by a change in Biolith's API, but rather by changes to the format of material rules in Minecraft 26.3. However, Biolith has major internal changes necessitated by changes in Minecraft. The associated Biolith version is 3.8.

There isn't much of a change to Biolith's APIs here; some parameters changed to Mojang names (as did the codebase of Biolith). However, the Biolith Examples codebase has also transitioned to Neo Loom (like Biolith did) and it may be useful to showcase those changes in case anybody finds it useful.
