v0.2.1
Patch release. If you installed v0.2.0, reinstall.
v0.2.0 shipped a SKILL.md whose YAML frontmatter failed to parse — an unquoted colon in the description value read as a nested mapping, so the block had no name and no description and the skill would not load in any harness.
Error in user YAML: (<unknown>): mapping values are not allowed in this context at line 2 column 97
The description value is now quoted. No other changes.

Point the skill at a meeting transcript and it writes one self-contained HTML page: a topic timeline showing loop-backs, a ledger of where every thread landed with the quote that proves it, open loops, commitments, stances and airtime.

Since 0.1.0
- A hosted example. The diner scene from Heat (1995), read as a ledger, with a 74-second video of the page assembling as the scene plays.
- Optional participant avatars.
participants[].avatartakes a data URI or an https URL. Off unless asked for, and the skill is explicit about not going looking for photographs of real meeting participants. - Source citation.
meta.sourceUrlandmeta.clipUrlcite a public transcript page and recording from the page's eyebrow. - A headline check.
check_ledger.pynow fails a headline that only repeats a number the stat band already shows, and prints the loop-back counts the prose should agree with. The prose rules moved into their own step with their own completion criterion. - Doctype and viewport. Generated pages were rendering in quirks mode and at desktop width on phones.
- State names as classes. Each state ships its name alongside its tone, so a skin can single one out without touching the template.
- Licence scoping. MIT still covers the work.
NOTICErecords that the Heat clip, frames and quoted dialogue are Warner Bros.' material included as commentary and not relicensed.
