Learn about vigilant mode.

A full share now says so on every protocol (#61):

  • SMB answers STATUS_DISK_FULL (0xC000007F) for no space and for an exceeded quota alike, as Samba does (go-filesystems/smb v0.4.1); it answered STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED.
  • NFS answers NFS3ERR_NOSPC (28) for no space and NFS3ERR_DQUOT (69) for a quota, as RFC 1813 and Linux's nfsd do (go-filesystems/nfs v0.6.1); a quota answered NFS3ERR_IO.
  • WebDAV 507 and SFTP "no space left on device (the share is full)" are unchanged.
  • On Windows hosts, ERROR_DISK_FULL / ERROR_DISK_QUOTA_EXCEEDED are recognised too.

Also: go-filesystems/smb v0.2.0 → v0.4.1 and nfs v0.5.0 → v0.6.1 bring their intermediate releases; a provisioner test no longer races the connection it has just seen closed.
