Tests and documentation only; no behaviour change.

  • source-address is now tested from ::1 and from a second IPv4 address (127.0.0.2), under ssh_domains, and on the OpenPubkey path (TestOpksshCertificateSourceAddress).
  • On Linux, these run under FILESHARE_REQUIRE_JUDGE: a missing judge fails instead of skipping.
  • README: the OpenPubkey path enforces source-address too.
